We all know that word-of-mouth is the best marketing, but manually sharing every glowing review to social media is a chore. In our latest tutorial, Shaira from EZtransition shows you how to put your social proof on autopilot.
By the end of this guide, your best Google and Facebook reviews will automatically turn into beautiful posts on your feeds.
Step 1: The Marketing Tab
Start by logging into your EZtransition dashboard:
Navigate to the Marketing tab.
Select New Post.
Choose the option: Post a Review.
Step 2: Filter for the Best
You want your best foot forward, so let’s set some rules:
Select Review Source: Connect your Google and Facebook accounts.
Select Rating Range: We recommend selecting 5 Stars to ensure only your top-tier feedback gets the spotlight.
Step 3: Choose Your Destinations
Where do you want these reviews to appear? You can toggle on:
GMB (Google Business Profile)
Facebook & Facebook Stories
Instagram & Instagram Stories
LinkedIn
Step 4: Set Your Schedule
Decide how often you want these reviews to go live. Shaira suggests one post per day, but you can choose:
Frequency: Daily, weekly, or monthly.
Timing: Pick a specific time (like 10:00 AM) when your audience is most active.
Step 5: Customize the Look
This is the fun part! You can customize the visual style to match your brand:
Backgrounds: Choose from several professional templates.
Captions: Add a standard intro to your review posts.
Privacy: Choose to display the full name or just the customer's initials.
Styling: Fine-tune your fonts, colors, and the color of the rating stars to keep everything on-brand.
Step 6: Create & Relax
Once you’re happy with the preview, hit Create Post. That’s it! Your system is now working in the background to keep your social media feeds active with real customer success stories.
