Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log In to Your Dashboard Start by navigating to app.eztransition.com and logging into your account to access your main dashboard [00:07].

2. Navigate to Marketing Tools Look at the left-hand menu sidebar. Locate and click on the Marketing tab [00:16].

3. Open the Social Planner Once in the Marketing menu, select Social Planner [00:16]. This is your hub for all social media connectivity.

4. Choose Your Platform You will see a screen displaying various icons for the platforms you can connect, including:

  • Facebook & Instagram

  • Google My Business

  • LinkedIn

5. Connect and Authorize Click the Connect button next to the specific platform you wish to link. Follow the login prompts that appear.

  • Tip: Ensure you are already signed into the correct social media account in your browser to make the connection process smoother [00:31].

Platform-Specific Notes

  • Facebook: When you connect Facebook, the system will automatically detect and pull up all the business pages associated with your personal account. You can then select which specific pages to link [00:38].
